We here at UrHiP love providing the best experience possible for our guests. We are always looking for ways to improve. Philly living is great with UrHiP!With that being said, we have a special announcement to share with you. We have TWO new homes to share with you!Both of these homes are wonderful additions to our family of homes and we’re excited for you to stay with us!
The Griffin
First up for our new homes, we have The Griffin. This modern building with historic characteristics is located in the heart of Philly living, Center City on Chestnut St. The Griffin features sweeping city views and a sleek interior.Conveniently located within easy walking distance of multiple rail lines and stylish shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues, the Griffin has all the makings of a masterpiece.
The lineup of features at the Griffin epitomize luxe living. Work of those calories in the 24/7 state-of-the-art fitness facility or spend a relaxing evening at the fully catered rooftop club.The Griffin even has a Golf Simulator to practice your swing before hitting the greens. A full kitchen is a staple of all of our homes and this is no different. This particular kitchen is gorgeous. It features wood cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and designer backsplashes. It even comes with a freestanding island for that crucial extra counter space.

Rittenhouse C400
Next, we have a new home located just two blocks away from the famous Rittenhouse Square. Nothing says Philly living like Rittenhouse Square. Rittenhouse C400 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property and comes equipped with 2 high security parking spaces.
The interior features a spacious master bedroom with a bed you’ll never want to leave. The bedroom even comes equipped with spa style ensuite bathroom. This enormous bathroom has a large walk-in glass shower, excellent closet space and oversize double vanity with plenty of storage. Experience luxury and comfort like never before in this home.
